I can't see any footage

If you have a camera control that is not showing any image, VIAAS has never received an event from that camera. Since VIAAS cameras typically only record on activity, it may be that everything is working fine, just nothing has happened yet. To check this, mouse over the bottom of the control and click SETTINGS. This will launch the settings control which will upload current camera settings and start a stream. If you don't get an error message, everything is fine, go ahead and finish configuration of the camera while you are there.

If you get an error message, the camera is not connected to the service. Check the LEDs and read the FAQ on how to deal with a camera that won't connect.
