My network is down. Now what?
VIAAS Cameras are very resilient to connection issues. They will automatically recover once your network comes back. If you are using Bandwidth Shaping, they will continue to record video during the outage as well. For a more in depth discussion see this FAQ..
If your network went down and your camera restarted while it was down (always if you do not have an SD Card installed) you may need to power cycle the camera to get it to connect. In most cases this is not necessary, but if your camera is not connecting it is the first thing to try.
